What are the 8 Principles of A Healthy Living.?

The capacity for self-healing was built into the human body from the moment of creation. The 8 main commandments, for which I gave the acronym the NEWSTART, must first be followed by the body before it can accomplish this. They are discussed below and will be discussed in accordance with them as it will benefit all of us. 

1.Nutrition (Proper Diet): Nutrition in this context refers to the method by which our body breaks down food. And proper diet here refers to foods that have all the necessary nutrients, and consuming these nutrients will assist strengthen your immune system. The key and treatment for all chronic diseases, such as cancer, hypertension, stroke, diabetes, etc., is switching to a whole plant-based diet.

Exercise: By doing this, you can improve both your physical and mental toughness. There must be blood circulation in order for our body to transport the nutrients to the various parts of the body where they may be utilized or absorbed by our system. 

3. Pure Water: Water is a substance made up primarily of the molecule H2O. This is crucial for the body's ability to absorb nutrients and helps the kidneys filter blood so that waste may be expelled from the body. Constipation is avoided by drinking water, and if one becomes dehydrated, the entire body will start to malfunction because water is a component of the medium that carries nutrients.


4. Sunlight: When it comes to the calcification of bones, sunlight is crucial. Our bodies receive a mineral called Vitamin D from the sun, and this vitamin activates Vitamin D3 so that our bodies can have use the calcium we get from food we eat. Additionally, exposure to the sun enhances blood circulation and protects against bone ailments. 


5. Temperance: There is a saying that goes, "YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT," so for man to grow healthy, man must know "WHAT," "WHERE," and "WHEN" to eat. Man must be cautious about what he puts in his mouth to go to the stomach in order to grow stronger and be free from chronic disease. 


6. Pure Air: Since oxygen is crucial to a man's life, because our blood contains oxygen, we should also aim to live in a well-ventilated location and be mindful of what we breathe because if we don't, we're instructing our blood to die because man cannot survive without oxygen.


7. Rest: Man must take a break from daily stress and may need to schedule a time during the day to do so. Failure to do so signals the endocrine system to release more stress hormones, which increases the body's vulnerability to compromise. 

8. Have Faith In The Almighty God: Exodus 15:26NIV I will not bring any sicknesses upon you that I brought upon the Egyptians, because I am the LORD who heals you, if you pay close attention to the LORD your GOD and do what is right in His eyes, if you pay heed to His commands and obey all His decrees.


NATURE HEALS SO LET YOUR FOOD BE YOUR MEDICINE AND YOUR MEDICINE BE YOUR FOOD.
